• Have a fully documented list of Jobs containing What-When-Why-What to do if it's broken, for example

          AD import  - everyday at 11 PM - imports the orgstructure data used in every process we have in Jira - Check the logs, then restart the import

• Make Jobs separated by the schedule, avoid overlapping since it may cause unexpected errors
• Always test new Jobs on test environment in order to avoid possible performance issues
